Most items are in stock and ready to ship. We offer same-day shipping on orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM ET. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day.

Shipping is available exclusively within the United States.

If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you with an estimated time of arrival (ETA). At that time, you will have the option to cancel your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. All shipments are sent via UPS or USPS.

We are not responsible for early deliveries, shipping delays, or carrier-related issues once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.

If a package shows as delivered but cannot be located, Hookah Paradise is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with UPS or USPS by the customer.
Both UPS and USPS provide coverage of up to $100 for packages that are lost or arrive damaged.

If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance, please contact us before placing your order. Without additional insurance, we cannot guarantee full reimbursement in the event of loss or damage.

UPS, USPS, and Hookah Paradise do not cover stolen packages.
