ORDERS PLACED ONLINE 

Orders can be placed online using a valid credit card
(Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express)

Customers may cancel an order at any point prior to shipment.  If an item has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option. 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

Most items are in stock and ready to ship. Orders placed before 3:00 pm eastern time ship the same day. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you with an ETA, at which time you will have the option to cancel your order. You will be notified via email with tracking information when your order ships out.  All shipment are shipped with USPS and UPS.

We are not responsible for early shipping or any shipping delays. If a package shows delivered but is not found, we do not cover lost or stolen packages. UPS & USPS only cover $100 of the package if arrived damaged or if package is lost. If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your package please give us a call, other wise we will not guarantee that you will receive full amount after dispute is made. 

USPS & UPS as well as Hookah Paradise do not cover stolen packages.
